Soothing tan remover

In the summers, when your skin takes a beating from the heat all around, try this cooling pack to calm your nerves and lighten skin tan in the process -

1 tbsp yoghurt
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
Paste of ground mint leaves

The chilled yoghurt and cool mint, along with citrusy fresh lemon makes for a refreshning pack. Apply all over your skin. Wash off after it dries and repeat 2-3 times a week.
