- Be careful of straining your eyes while reading, watching TV and other such activities. Bad or insufficient lighting, improper posture while reading, using the computer for hours at a stretch or inadequate sleeping hours are just some of the instances of how we strain our eyes day in and day out. The results? Tired, over worked eyes, with dark circles, which lack the lustre and sparkle. You should make a conscious effort to minimize the strain on your eyes and let them relax too.
